water

"You're not sick; you're thirsty. Don't treat thirst with medication."

"I am a researcher.

I have researched dehydration for the past 20 years.
When I discovered that the solution to most of the disease conditions of our society is not a money maker,
I decided to take my information to the public.

My research revealed that unintentional dehydration produces stress, chronic pains and many degenerative diseases. Dry mouth is not the only sign of dehydration and waiting to get thirsty is wrong.

Medicine has based its understanding that it is solid matter in the body that regulates all functions of the body. I have explained scientifically at the molecular level that it is water that regulates all functions of the body including functions of solid matter.

75 % of our bodies are composed of water. The brain is 85% water. It is water that energizes and activates the solid matter. If you don’t take enough water, some functions of the body will suffer.

Dehydration produces system disturbances. When I use the word water cure, I am referring to curing dehydration with water".

acidity

Are you too acid?

"Ya gotta think - what did they do hundreds of years ago before tooth-paste was even invented, much less an American Dental Association? It really all goes back to one thing and one thing alone - pH balancing.

Most Americans are too acidic - and like the temperature of your body is self regulated to a specific 98.6 degrees, so is your pH in your blood. In order to maintain this delicate balance is has to get minerals from organs and bones (causing diseases like osteoporosis and others).

The truth be told - the reason we even need toothpaste is because what we are eating is mostly ACIDic foods. If we ate like we should - 80% alkaline (raw fruits and vegetables) and 20% acidic (meats), we would not even need toothpaste because the decay we suffer from is from the acid eating at the bones in our teeth.

Balance your pH and you won't have to worry about tooth decay or even being sick for that matter.
It's all about what you EAT and what you DRINK. Now THATs the root cause of the whole thing".
